is it? i like cds because the sound quality is usually better.is it weird that i prefer CDs to mp3s?
A lot of people still buy cd's so not really...is it weird that i prefer CDs to mp3s?
I do not speak in terms of ''weird.'' It would be foolish.
I always buy the CD. I only download songs that aren't released or if I don't about the band too much.
Almost all audiophiles prefer CDs to MP3s. I prefer them too. Mp3 is very lossy, if I really like a piece of music I'll usually also own it on CD or vinyl because IMO it's a different experience, especially vinyl.
I prefer CDs as well. If I have a CD I can choose what I bitrate and format I want to rip it at if I want to compress the songs.
I prefer CD's as well, but The 1st thing I do when I get a CD is rip it onto my computer.

It's not weird at all if you care about audio quality. I never download songs anymore, I just buy the CD and rip it to my computer at 320 kbps, VBR.
I guess i'll be the first to say that I prefer MP3s over CDs. CDs take up too much space and MP3s are cheaper.
i prefer CD's a lot more. i have an ipod, but sometimes i wish digital music files never came about because i enjoy going and getting a CD for the artwork and stuff.
I think my music sounds better when I burn it to a disc as well.
I like Cd's but I do get my music in the form of Mp3s
I'll only download an album in FLAC or at least 320kbps. Otherwise it's CDs.
Not at all weird. I'm the same.
I prefer CDs too so you are not weird to me. I just like to have hard copies of my music and games. Also because my CD player gets really good battery life and my ipod video had only gotten like 30 minutes so i sold my iPod and kept my CD player. But i always put the CDs on my computer so i can listen to them while i'm on the computer.

No especially since most mp3s are poor quality.
Is it weird that I like cassettes better than CD's?
