usually I like game ost better, because I spend more time, and the music is just more familiar in this way

High Fidelity. It's got the Velvet Underground, Dylan, the Kinks and Stevie Wonder on the same CD. Really, what more could one ask for?

Forrest Gump, Vertigo, Easy Rider, Harry Potter (1-5), etc.
I loved the sound track of the lord of the rings series and Jurrassic Park, but they are more orchestral. In terms of actual songs my favorite would be from the TV show Supernatural (I couldn't think of any movies).
