can you sue someone who lied to you over the internet?

like a trade on a website and they fail to deliver but you have evidence that they received your package?can you sue someone who lied to you over the internet?

Sure you can.. that's not the question.. the question is: is it worth it?




What did you lose and what is it's value?
The U.S. is a litigious nation - I wouldn't be surprised if you could. As mentioned earlier, is it worth it to sue?
In America, you can sue any one for any half-baked reason, and the sad part is, you just might win, or better yet, get paid for it getting aired on TV!Post-apocalyptic Hollywood movies are merely an accurate extrapolation of what you can expect to see as reality in the future US of A.  A most sad and depressing picture.

dude, a man sued god.im pretty sure u can sue every anon in the internet if u wanted to.it just depends if its worth it.
