The U.S. is a litigious nation - I wouldn't be surprised if you could. As mentioned earlier, is it worth it to sue?
In America, you can sue any one for any half-baked reason, and the sad part is, you just might win, or better yet, get paid for it getting aired on TV!Post-apocalyptic Hollywood movies are merely an accurate extrapolation of what you can expect to see as reality in the future US of A.
