Is Dodgeball Big at your school?

It's huge at mine. Everyone seems to want to play it and we even have an in school dodgeball league. The finals last year even got media attention from a TV station. My team is playing tomorrow and I hope we do well >_> So anyways is it popular at your school?Is Dodgeball Big at your school?
It's huge at my school, we play it every Friday. And we have school dodgeball tournaments, we just had one last week. Is Dodgeball Big at your school?

[/QUOTE] I live in NJ, and that's what my teacher told me. She didn't tell me why though, my guess is because the governor used to always get picked last on the team.
I don't understand why states ban dodgeball for 'safety reasons.' Most sports are bound to get someone hurt sooner or latter, dodgeball seems to be one that isn't that bad in this regard. Trying playing soccer with us crappy soccer playing Americans and you'll find we can't go a single game without someone getting hit in the head with the ball. We should ban soccer now! >=3

Every year we have a dodgeball tournament where the winners get to play a team made up of all the principals and a few teachers.Last year my friends and I were one game away from winning. We got to last match and the other team destroyed us. They destroyed all the teachers too, so it wasn't so bad.
Its huge in my school we used to have Tournaments during the fall and spring but sum dumbass kid broke his arm(Idk how) so they canceled it forever.
There's no dodgeball at my school.
I'm on an intramural team at my college. We are 2-0, so far, against the competition.
It's just something we do in gym class. We had a dodgeball tournament last year in memory of a classmate who was killed in a car accident, but no tournaments other than that. I personally love playing it. Best thing to do in gym.

It is played at my school, but only sometimes. All i do is hide in the corner and camp :P
