I'm having trouble telling videogames apart from the real life. There was a hellicopter or airplane (I really don't remember) passing by and I quickly ran into a store because I immediatly thought ''AIR STRIKE!''Then at my house I took a step back right before going below my AC vent because I thought dozens of zombies could fall from it like in left 4 dead. Then I hit a random guy at the park, like it was a normal ting to do.What can I do?I think I have mind problems

You'll always be seeing games! Problem Solved!
This reminds me of the LARP group at my college. I would step away from the games for a while.
Always remember life is a video game but you can't respawn.

Not that surprising most people can't seperate gaming emotional states from real emotional states.
True story: I was sitting at a red light once not too long ago, and I actually worked out in my head how difficult it would be to carjack the guy who was in the next lane.Needless to say, I put down GTA IV for a while.
true story: my mate and i were walking down the street a few years ago.(he has problems anyway, but i wont get into thast now.)but anyway, he just was walking along and jumped on a motorbike that was parked. to try and drive away faster. he realised what he was doing after a few seconds, but he thought he was still in GTA S.A. no joke
lol....... just pretend your playing the sims and you'll be fine.
lol....... just pretend your playing the sims and you'll be fine.
It's not about pretending, it's just automatic, whenever I see something that triggered a strong emotion like fear in a videogame, It happens.
Stop playing video games...
should have hijacked that plane bro
Take a long break over the holiday. Away from gaming. It might do you some good.
Look at it this way; if your city is bombed, you're already prepared.
this is a joke right?
if not
see a doctor

sorry what I should of said then is *play the sims* to retrain your brain, the your reactions would be.... oooooh cook food, buy a house, go to school, whatever mundane things people do in that game.

You can never be too careful
Like the others said, take a break from the games for a while. Your playing too much if you can't seperate reality from video games, thats when things start to go wrong and can land you in some trouble. Just put down the controller, and do more constructive things like real sports or hang with your friends until you stop randomly hitting people and can seperate the two. If this doesn't work, seek medical help.
you...hit someone?
I just punched him and he strated screaming as if I was going to kill him, I was like ''Oh s***!'' and ran away.
