Computer-game exercize equipment.

So I go to the YMCA tonight and I see a room with computer-game/exercize equipment and I think ''that is so dumb, excersize is one of the cheapest things you can do and there are a million cost-effective ways to do it without the spendy, high-tech snowboarding simulation that gets people to exercize.'' Is this what it takes to encourage people to care about their bodies and overall health? Super-expensive state-of-the-art electronic equipment just to do something as simple as getting your heart pumping? Haven't you ever heard of a ''basketball,'' or a pair of sneakers and a twenty-minute jog? Run up and down the stairs a few times? Shovel some dirt?Really, ****ing, pathetic.Computer-game exercize equipment.
I don't know, I wouldn't be as fit as I am now without my treadmill.Computer-game exercize equipment.
I don't know, I wouldn't be as fit as I am now without my treadmill.
That's way different. A treadmill is expensive and is an expensive alternative to walking, but it's not expensive and drastic like computer-game exercize machines are. Some people perform better on a treadmill than with going for a walk or a jog because you can set the pace and it forces you to keep up.
