Happens to the best of us. And I am one of the best of us.My palms sweat.. alot
Same here dude, I heard you can get an injection to help it. It's embarrassing when someone goes to shake hands with you isn't it?
When i get nervous... yes a little.... but the best solution to that would be keep some paper towels or tissue in your pocket and you can just stick your hands in your pocket to dry them off.... and no one will notice
Unfortunately so do mine... I sweat a lot in general without even moving. I really don't know what to do about it, but it sucks.... the summers don't make it easy either... that's why I love winter way more and dread the LA heat here from May till November!
Even when I'm not nervous, it happens to me. My case is so extreme that I can literally soak anything I touch at times. I finally got a prescription from my doctor about a year ago for a substance called Drysol. It works, but it literally burns your hands all night long. This problem is absolutely horrible, you people who don't have it should be thankful. :(
Yeah dude my palms sweat a lot when I play games too....idk why! It's really bad when I play shooters or sports games, I get so up in the game my palms start to sweat. I think I sweat more than the average person and im not sure why. Im in shape and everything, I just sweat. lol.
Alot of people I know have sweaty palms, I do not.

hmm.. mine can soke things at times, even when i am not nervous. i should get me some of that cause i would deal with the pain to avoid having to wipe my hands dry on my trousers every couple seconds. coldness seems to be the only thing that keeps it at bay and even them if my hand is closed ill get a bit o sweat.[QUOTE=''DJCUEBALL'']Unfortunately so do mine... Same here, but not to the point where it soak stuff, now thats just messed :?
I pretty much soak everything... I wish it was cold all the time so I won't have this issue. It really sucks when shaking someones hand.

I tried the Drysol stuff, but that thing is so strong, it cracked my skin so much that i couldnt move my hands from the pain and burning.

I guess you're supposed to use it daily when you first start using it, but then lessen that amount to two or three times per week. You're right about the pain though, so that's why I only use it if I think I'm really going to need it. I guess the only other option would to have some sort of procedure, but I personally haven't looked too much into it. Oh, and shaking hands is probably the most difficult thing for me to do. I literally have to prep for the moment. :(
^^ I feel ya man... I always have to be self-conscious. I think the only options that work are surgery or botox and they are expensive.
well quit coppin a feel on yourself.. lol im jp man but seriously dont be nervouse

I know your only joking here, but whenever I have tried to mention about sweaty palms I always get the feeling they are thinking what you just said.
Happens to me too, and it sucks. Whenever my palms get really sweaty, the bottoms of my feet usually do too. I have no idea why, but its really annoying.
i dont have that problem but I am a very nervous person...My heart just tends to throb real fast...
